I’ve tried doing SWOT analysis before.

Every single time I wasn’t sure if I’ve done it properly?

Have I missed something?

Could it be more robust?

Well, last month I came across a great structure to make sure a SWOT analysis is done properly.

Marylou Tyler and Jeremey Donovan in their book Predictable Prospecting have created a 6 pillar structure for doing a SWOT analysis.
